WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
It depends on where you are. Orders placed in the UAE will take 1-3 business days to be delivered. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-7 days. Delivery details and updates will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Yes we can change the address if the item was not Fulfilled but in case we handover the order to a courier company you may contact them to correct the address.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE ORDER THAT I JUST PLACED?

We provide free shipping on orders over 250 AED and free worldwide shipping on orders over 600 AED.

You’ll be able to select a delivery option and review prices for each option during the checkout.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am GST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am GST on a Thursday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Saturday.
