Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping on orders over 250 AED and free worldwide shipping on orders over 600 AED.
You’ll be able to select a delivery option and review prices for each option during the checkout.
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am GST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am GST on a Thursday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Saturday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.
If you're not satisfied or happy for any provided reason with our items, you can return any of your purchased Queen’s items within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. You may initiate your return through our Contact Us page.
Warranty
Queen’s has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of one month from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. If there are any manufacturing defects and it is our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. We must be notified if the product arrives damaged upon delivery. However, this does not cover any mistreatment you might apply on your jewelry through on your own. The warranty does not cover color changes, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, or lost/stolen items. The jewelry must be used and maintained appropriately. Any misuse of the product will void the warranty.
